What is the 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™ ?

Developed at the ASICS Institute of Sport Science (ISS) in Japan, there are four key elements that work together to support your run.

- Midsole geometry and design features including a lateral decoupling groove

- Medial convex geometry

- A newly designed lateral guidance line

- The midfoot foam of FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO that provides comfort for the fatiguing foot.
